Founded in 2009 by twin brothers Jason and Jeremy Stroiman.
The Stroiman brothers saw the immense need for relief to industry business owners through education, data, and innovation.
Everything we do is for the empowerment of seniors housing and skilled nursing owners to make better business decisions. We recognize the unique struggles that impact owners in the industry and are dedicated to quality solutions that aid in making your roles, and lives, easier.
Today, ESI has valued over $29 billion in assets across the country and successfully completed more than $3 billion in Skilled Nursing and Seniors Housing Transactions.

ABOUT
THE NAME
Evans Senior Investments was named after the WGA Evans Scholarship. Founded in 1930, the Evans Scholarship provides full tuition and housing for high-achieving golf caddies with outstanding academics and limited financial means. ESI owners and twin brothers, Jason and Jeremy Stroiman, were both recipients of the Evans Scholarship which allowed them to attend and graduate from Indiana University.​

Since establishment, more than 12,000 men and women from 18 universities nationwide have graduated as Evans Scholars. Today, Jason and Jeremy Stroiman remain an integral part of the foundation, regularly hosting events for scholars and participating in the selection process. Evans Senior Investments has hired many part-time and full-time Evans Scholars over the years.
