Evans Senior Investments represented an out of state seller in the transaction, working through a competitive marketing process to identify a strategic buyer aligned with the long-term vision for the communities.

A Chicago-based capital partner was the buyer and decided to partner with a regional operator that was looking to grow their presence in the state.
