The Senior Living portion of both communities were 100% private pay, while the properties’ Skilled Nursing census exhibited a high mix of Medicare Part A residents. Each community was profitable but offered a value-add opportunity for a new ownership group.
ESI represented the seller, a regional independent owner/operator, in the transaction.
