Evans Senior Investments (ESI) is pleased to announce the successful sale of Project Buc-ees, a 3-property skilled nursing portfolio located in Central Texas totaling 198 functional beds. The entire transaction, from launching the portfolio to the market to final closing, was completed in just 71 days. The purchase price was $22,770,000.

The portfolio was owned by an independent owner/operator looking to exit the long-term care industry. Operating with a localized infrastructure that lacked large-scale vendor relationships, the portfolio maintained an overall occupancy rate of 78% at the time of marketing.
