Through a targeted and strategic approach, ESI identified a buyer group whose vision and operational philosophy aligned with the long-term needs of the community.

The selected buyer was a Boston-based capital group that partnered with a regional operator. Together, the two bring the capital and operational expertise needed to unlock the community's full potential.
