Evans Senior Investments (ESI) is pleased to announce the successful sale of Piner's Nursing Home and Piner's Guest Home, a combined 77-bed skilled nursing and assisted living community located in Napa, California.

Established in 1964, Piner's Nursing Home has served the Napa community for nearly six decades as an independent, owner-operated skilled nursing and assisted living provider. The combined campus encompasses 49 licensed skilled nursing beds and 28 assisted living beds across a separate guest home building, all situated on 3.45 acres in one of California's most affluent and supply-constrained senior care markets. The transaction was structured as an asset sale conveying 100% fee simple interest across three contiguous parcels.

This marks the buyers first acquisition into the skilled nursing and seniors housing industry.
