Evans Senior Investments (ESI) is pleased to announce the successful sale of a skilled nursing community located in Colorado. The purchase price was $20,800,000 or $160,000 per bed.

ESI advised an independent owner-operator, in the transaction. The facility was acquired by a Utah-based buyer, who continues to grow their presence in the state of Colorado. The deal closed in 115 days from start to finish.
