The community is situated adjacent to deKoevend Park and the Goodson Recreation Center, providing residents with direct access to scenic green space and lifestyle amenities within one of the Denver metro's most sought-after submarkets.

ESI ran a highly competitive, confidential marketing process on behalf of the seller, generating numerous qualified offers. The buyer was a leading healthcare real estate investment trust. The transaction closed following a targeted marketing campaign and selective buyer outreach.
