Sale of a Large Massachusetts Nursing Home Portfolio

ESI was engaged by a Massachusetts-based owner-operator to maximize the portfolio's value. Through a competitive three-week marketing process, ESI attracted strong interest from institutional investors and regional operators, ultimately securing a buyer aligned with the seller's strategic goals.


A key factor in the deal’s success was ESI’s ability to identify over $10 million in potential net operating income (NOI), uncovering significant untapped value and positioning the portfolio as a premier investment opportunity.
